1、办理出让手续的工业用地:固定资产投入在2000万元以上、符合进入县开发区条件的工业项目,一次性缴纳使用费3万元/亩;省级以上高新技术项目或固定资产投入在1000万元以上的工业项目,一次性缴纳使用费4万元/亩;其它工业项目一次性缴纳使用费5~7万元/亩。
2、办理租用手续的工业用地,一次性缴纳使用费2万元/亩,每年缴纳租金600元/亩。
3、为提高土地利用率,土地投资强度按省政府要求执行。
上述项目用地在办理征用或租用手续的费用差额部分,项目竣工验收后由受益的县或镇财政返还。

1.Processing
the land selling formalities for industrial use: For
any industrial projects with fixed
assets exceeding 20 million yuan and conforming with the
conditions of entering into the county-level development
zone, the usage fee of 30 thousand yuan per Mu shall be paid
once for all; and 30 thousand yuan per Mu shall be paid
once for all for any industrial projects of the high
and new technology type of the provincial level with fixed
assets exceeding 10 million yuan or more.The other projects
will be charged 50 thousand yuan to 70 thousand yuan or so per Mu.
The investment items of EMS belong
to hi-tech industry, so the government decides to carry
out special favorable policy for this item, that is to
say if the fixed assets of US$ 1 million should be paid
by EMS each year,then 0.66 hectares land be offered by government
freely without any other charges.
2. For the processing
land leased for industrial use, the usage fee of 20 thousand yuan per Mu will be
once for all; and the rent is 600 yuan per Mu every year.
3. In order to enhance the efficiency
of using the land , the standard of land investment
intensity shall be implemented conforming to the requirement of the provincial government
While processing the confiscation
or hire formalities for the above-mentioned land use,
the margin part of the charges shall be returned
by the financial authorities of the beneficiary county
or township of the said project after the check and acceptance of
the completed project. |
