Python实现Grunt、Yo创建自定义命令效果方法是什么，pythongrunt,比如我想用 chrome

比如我想用 chrome index.html，用 Chrome 打开当前文件夹下的 index.html 文件，又或者用 subl . 用 Sublime Text 打开当前目录之类的操作。

Python 或者 Node.js 都可以。

最好能在 Windows(Git bash)、Linux、Mac 下用。
