python代码编写思路：
首先，将两个py文件放在需要的文件夹下面，先运行filelist.py，在运行run.py。这两个文件的作用，分别如下：
filelist.py：
获取当前文件夹下面的文件列表，生成一个names.txt文件，可以手动修改这个文件，设置需要提取的文件列表。
run.py：
运行后提示需要输入目标文件夹，然后程序会自动根据names.txt将文件转移到指定目录下
